IPO GMP Live Updates: Symbiotec Pharmalab and Skyways Air Services IPOs opened on August 24, with issue sizes of Rs 1,757 crore and Rs 582.8 crore, respectively, and GMPs of around 41% and 23%. The SME IPO segment is witnessing fresh activity today as two new NSE SME issues—Madhur Knit IPO and ABH Healthcare IPO—opened for subscription on August 24, 2026. The offerings will remain open until August 27, allowing investors four days to participate in the issues. On the first day of bidding, early subscription figures showed Madhur Knit IPO receiving bids for around 1% of its 50.24 lakh shares on offer. Meanwhile, ABH Healthcare IPO saw subscription of approximately 2% against its issue size of 34.29 lakh shares. The company intends to use the majority of the net proceeds from its IPO to pare down its debt. Of the total funds raised, Rs 2,250 crore has been earmarked for the repayment and/or prepayment of certain borrowings. A substantial portion of the proceeds will go towards settling loans raised by the company and its wholly owned subsidiaries, including Bagur Logistics Park Pvt. Ltd., Embassy Industrial Park Hosur Pvt. Ltd., Farukhnagar Logistics Parks LLP, FRK II Industrial Park Pvt. Ltd., Goodluck Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., ILV Distripark Pvt. Ltd., ILV Distripark (MWC) Pvt. Ltd., Jindpur Industrial Park Pvt. Ltd. and Kalina Warehousing Pvt. Ltd., among others. Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd. reported a strong increase in total income in FY26, which surged 75% year-on-year to Rs 767.84 crore from Rs 439.35 crore in FY25. However, the sharp growth in income did not translate into improved profitability. The company’s net loss widened to Rs 203 crore in FY26, compared with a loss of Rs 178 crore in the previous fiscal year. Tempsens Instruments (India) reported a strong financial performance in FY26, extending the growth momentum recorded in the previous fiscal year. The company’s total income rose 19% year-on-year to Rs 455.86 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 382.47 crore in FY25. The improvement in revenue was accompanied by higher profitability. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 14% year-on-year to Rs 71.07 crore in FY26, from Rs 62.56 crore in FY25. The primary market is gearing up for another action-packed week, with six mainboard and four SME initial public offerings (IPOs) set to open for subscription. Together, the issues aim to raise more than ₹3,533 crore, compared with the ₹7,100 crore mobilised through seven mainboard and two SME IPOs last week. The company plans to utilise the net IPO proceeds primarily to reduce its debt burden, with ₹2,250 crore earmarked for the repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings. A significant portion of the funds will go towards loans taken by the company and its wholly owned subsidiaries, including Bagur Logistics Park Pvt. Ltd., Embassy Industrial Park Hosur Pvt. Ltd., Farukhnagar Logistics Parks LLP, FRK II Industrial Park Pvt. Ltd., Goodluck Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., ILV Distripark Pvt. Ltd., ILV Distripark (MWC) Pvt. Ltd., Jindpur Industrial Park Pvt. Ltd. and Kalina Warehousing Pvt. Ltd., among others. The proposed debt reduction is expected to strengthen the company’s balance sheet by lowering outstanding financial obligations and interest costs. Any remaining IPO proceeds may be deployed for general corporate purposes, subject to applicable laws and regulations. The company plans to use the net proceeds primarily for capital expenditure of ₹29.97 crore, including the purchase of machinery and equipment for expansion at its Kavathe and Shirwal units, as well as procurement for Pithampur Unit-I. Another ₹16 crore will be utilised for the full or partial prepayment or repayment of certain outstanding borrowings, while the remaining funds will be allocated towards general corporate purposes. Overall, the company expects to deploy ₹45.97 crore from the issue proceeds.
