Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect sporadic gusts to 55 mph rather than frequent gusts. Southwest winds Wednesday afternoon turn westerly by late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Winds will diminish through Thursday morning.
