Chavda Infra Ltd 's board of directors will meet on Thursday, 6 August 2026, at the company's registered office to consider and approve several proposals, said the company in an exchange filing.The agenda included recommending the issue of bonus shares, subject to the necessary approvals, and declaring a dividend, also subject to requisite approvals.The board, in an exchange filing, also considered any other business with the permission of the Chair and the majority of the directors.The company further said that, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window, which was already closed ahead of the declaration of financial results, will remain closed until further notice.(more to come)
