B2B ecommerce company ArisInfra Solutions recorded a consolidated profit of ₹20 Cr in Q1 FY27, nearly 4X of ₹5.1 Cr profit reported in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, profit narrowed 8% compared to ₹21.7 Cr in the previous quarter. Operating revenue surged 37% to ₹290.8 Cr from ₹212.1 Cr reported in Q1 FY26. However, it shrunk around 15% from ₹343.4 Cr from the previous March quarter. Including other income of ₹4.4 Cr, total income for the quarter under review stood at ₹295.2 Cr. Total expenses jumped 30% YoY to ₹268.5 Cr but shrunk 16% from ₹320.7 Cr spent in the previous quarter. ArisInfra’s EBITDA for the June quarter jumped 68% YoY to ₹30.5 Cr. Founded in 2021 by Ronak Morbia and Bhavik Khara, ArisInfra operates a B2B ecommerce platform that helps businesses engaged in the construction business connect with vendors for sourcing materials like cement, steel, and aggregates. The company earns revenue through three models: direct B2B supply of materials, contract manufacturing by booking partner factories’ production capacity, and developer-as-a-service, where it manages the entire real estate project life cycle. The newer business lines of contract manufacturing and services contributed 63% of its revenue in the quarter, up from 49% in Q1 FY26. In the quarter, the company reduced its focus on lower-margin product categories like cement and steel to improve profitability. “We are pleased to begin FY27 with a strong performance that reflects the strength of our integrated business model and disciplined execution. The quarter demonstrates the operating leverage inherent in our business, with higher-margin contract manufacturing and developer-as-a-service continuing to increase their contribution while driving improved profitability,” chairman and MD Morbia said. The company served 3,412 customers during the quarter with a repeat order rate of 82%, as compared to 78% in the previous quarter. It also touted its adoption of technology through its AI-driven credit assessment tool CARA AI, and its conversational AI tool ArisGPT used for real-time operational intelligence. Shares of ArisInfra ended today’s trading session 0.58% lower at ₹129.75 on the BSE.
