* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 8 to 10 ft during
very strong ebb currents.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 9 PM PDT this evening.
Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM to 10 PM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very strong ebb current of 6.88 kt at 644
PM Wednesday. Seas 10 ft. Ebb current of 3.43 kt at 720 AM
